Classic pie meets rich, small-batch fudge and decides to absolutely show off. We start with a buttery layer of crushed cookies on the bottom (hello, Oreo-style goodness), then a thick layer of deep chocolate fudge. And because one layer is never enough, we add another smooth layer of sweet vanilla and dust it with even more crushed cookies for the final YUM. This treat tastes just as soft and rich as the pie, only way more indulgent.
