All orders over $30 qualify for free 3-day shipping (once shipped) via UPS or FedEx. Orders sent to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses will ship through USPS Ground.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, 100% of the time!

Care Instructions

Best Enjoyed within 21 Days After Receiving

For best quality taste and texture, we recommend storing the fudge for 3-4 weeks on the counter or 6-8 weeks in the fridge. Our fudge can be frozen for up to a year when placed in an air-tight container (such as Plastic Wrap or Tupperware) so you can stock up on your favorites year-round!

Temperature Sensitive - Bring Inside!

We make our fudge fresh and in especially warm temperatures, it may arrive soft. This is perfectly normal and does not in any way affect the taste, quality or texture of the fudge.

If your fudge does arrive soft, we recommend refrigerating for a short time or allowing it to sit inside on the counter for a few hours. Once it has cooled down, it will be as fresh as ever!

Shipping is $9.75 for all orders under $30.

During the summer months, we offer a summer-packaging upgrade to add styrofoam insulation and ice packs to your order. Once your order is packed, we keep it cooled until the carrier arrives for pickup for additional protection against the weather.

Orders after Thursday heading to warm-destinations are held for fulfillment until the following week to avoid sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and shipping timelines, we cannot ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Our system automatically sends tracking to your email as soon as it is uploaded to your order. You can also use your email and order number to track your order in our Live Chat "Track My Order" feature.
